Dr. Casma S. Mercado, the research coordinator of the College of Health Sciences, presents her research titled "Work Engagement of Nurses in the Different Fields Construct at Sulu Province: An Exploratory Factor Analysis Study" and receives Best Research Paper Award at the 2nd National Research Congress with the theme "Utilising Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a Universal Research Agenda on Emerging Global Communities," held in Zamboanga City yesterday and until today.
