On May 11, 2024, the MSU-Sulu College of Agriculture welcomed the Dean, the Provincial Agriculturist, and enthusiastic ABM students for an immersive day at the Integrated Farming and Production Center (IFPC). This collaborative visit bridged academic learning with practical agricultural experiences, allowing students and guests to explore sustainable farming systems and innovative development practices. The activity highlights SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) by fostering food security awareness, SDG 4 (Quality Education) by integrating hands-on experiential learning, SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by promoting community-driven agricultural resilience, SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) through the adoption of eco-friendly farming methods, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through active collaboration among educators, government partners, and learners. By merging fields of knowledge with the fields of green, MSU-Sulu reaffirms its role in nurturing future leaders equipped to champion sustainable development.
