Dr. Casma Mercado attends Basic Research Ethics Training by BARRM Health Research and Development Consortium held at Acacia Hotel, Davao City, on October 28-29, 2024. Resource speakers of the training, Dr. Lucia T. Lupo and Dr. Alvin S. Concha, guided the attendees in the identification and application of general research ethical principles as well as essential characteristics of ethical research.

Dr. Mercado, together with Dr. Hanani and Prof. Radjuni, were sent for the said training by MSU-Sulu. Dr. Mercado expressed her gratitude to the school administration headed by Dr. Nagder J. Abdurahman and college dean Prof. Nursidar P.
