he Philippine Computer Society (PCS) proudly celebrated the completion of its pioneering EQinIT Certification Program, which blends technical expertise with emotional intelligence to shape the future of IT leadership. Among the top achievers is Prof. Shernahar K. Tahil, a dedicated faculty member of the College of Computer Studies (CCS), who earned Top 3 in the prestigious program.
