Community Extension Activity National Dental Health Month 2024 Theme” Celebrating Decades of Healthy Smile” a Health Teaching Programme on Oral Care conducted by the BSN Level 3A with the class

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN) 3A students, under the thoughtful guidance of advisor Casma Mercado RN, MAN LPT, Ph.D, organized a comprehensive health teaching programme at the Barbero Child Development Center of Brgy. Bus-Bus, Jolo Sulu. The event, held on February 26, 2024 focused on promoting proper oral care practices among the daycare pupils. The programme commenced with an opening remarks by Omarkien Pitoh, setting a tone of enthusiasm. Following this, Yasser Alih took the lead to a lively and informative discussions and demonstration, showcasing the correct techniques for brushing. The engagement and enthusiasm of the daycare pupils were palpable as they actively participated in learning about the importance of brushing their teeth. One of the highlights of the event was the lively intermission provided by Jahid Ahajan and Jehada Yunus.
