Making Cents of Accountancy (3-Day workshop of JPIA-MSU-Sulu Chapter)

The 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀-𝗠𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘂 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 has launched its 3-𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘚𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱 ❞𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒚,❞ at Rajah Baguinda Hall. 𝘋𝘢𝘺 1 commenced with a focus on preparing for the journey into Accountancy, encompassing both the Academic and Non-Academic Curricula. Tomorrow, 𝘋𝘢𝘺 2 promises an insightful introduction to the core principles of accounting, followed by 𝘋𝘢𝘺 3 dedicated to fostering teamwork.

The event commenced with an invocation, followed by the formal opening by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗹𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Ms. Carleene Lyra B. Ynawat and Ms. Adawiya S. Suhuran provided invaluable guidance on academic year preparations, while Ms. Dollyn Joy Alibasa and Mr. Ferdimar Ayyub elaborated on academic policies, including retention guidelines. Non-academic aspects were expertly handled by Ms. Mazria Alibasa and Ms. Sherhana Yusop.
