Mathematics Club hosts a Seminar on Basic Concepts in Geometry

On November 02, 2024, the Mathematics Club of the MSU-Sulu Senior High School Department hosted its first-ever seminar with the topic "Basic Concept in Geometry" in preparation for the upcoming "Math Wizard Competition 2024-2025" at 8:00 am in the GAS 1-11 room of the MSU-Sulu SHS New Building.
The event started with a morning prayer led by Ahmadnaj U. Habibon, a member of the Mathematics Club, followed by the opening remarks and short introduction of Geometry by the club's President, Alyasin A. Hadjiisah.
After the opening remarks, Mrs. Jainalyn Aksan was called to state the rules and regulations to every Mathematics Club member. Shortly after that, Mrs. Roslina J. Rahimullah, the adviser of the Mathematics Club, announced the topics for the upcoming seminars of the club and its respective lecturers before she proceeded to discuss the lesson of the day, "Basic Concept in Geometry."
After the lesson, students were encouraged to ask questions to the lecturer. It eventually lead to the event to formally end as Mrs. Rahimullah dismissed the students with a round of applause for everyone who attended. It ended around 11:40 am.
