MBHTE Conducts Annual Ocular Inspection at MSU Sulu SHS

On September 2, 2024, the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) of Sulu Division conducted its annual ocular inspection of the Mindanao State University-Sulu (MSU-Sulu) Senior High School Department. This visit, a crucial component of the Ministry's monitoring duties, was intended to evaluate the school's adherence to national educational standards and its preparedness for a renewed Permission to Operate (PTO).
Together with the MSU-Sulu Faculty and Staff, the inspection team, led by Dr. Evelyn K. Kanain, Prof. Alawi O. Madjid, and Prof. Abdulbasit Pawaki, meticulously assessed various elements of the school, including academic programs, faculty and staff, facilities and infrastructure, student support services, and financial management and governance.
Furthermore, this careful approach shows the MBHTE's commitment to ensuring that schools maintain high standards and offer a supportive learning environment for students.
