MSU-Sulu SHS conducts a Research Refresher Training

Today, a "Refresher Training on Research Writing, Advising and Paneling for SHS teachers" with the theme "Unleashing Research Potential: Crafting Strong Research Concepts for SHS teachers," began at 8:00 a.m. at the faculty room of the MSU-Sulu Senior High School New Building.
The event began as the host, Ms. Arniza J. Kiram, the adviser of the IQRA' Publication, requested Mr. Mahmoudhar J. Hassan to lead the opening prayer.
Prof. Nurmini U. Supian, the SHS secretary, formally opened the program with her speech that reminded everyone of the importance of recalling research skills. Then, Mrs. Narsima A. Sabbaha formally introduced the speaker, Prof Allen I. Talikan, the OIPP Director, to discuss some important points on research writing, advising and panelling. He also added other current trends in research and instrumental development.
After the discussion, the teachers were given the opportunity to ask questions regarding the topics.
As the event approached its end, Mr. Adzhar Ismael and Mr. Altamir Salamuddin, both SHS faculty, shared their insights, expressing their thanks and hopes to improve the practices in research writing.
Then, Mrs. Nurkintam Amirul, the GAS Strand Coordinator, officially closed the event as she conveyed her gratitude to the speaker, the research club officers who helped in organizing the event, and the faculty members who were in attendance. The event ended at 11:30 a.m.
