MSU-Sulu SHS Hosts General Orientation 2024

Aiming to acquaint the new and returning Senior High School students and their parents/ guardians of the rules and regulations of the school, Mindanao State University-Sulu Senior High School successfully held the "Grade 11 and 12 Students and Parents' Orientation 2024" on August 14-15, at the MSU-Sulu Gymnasium.
The two-day event formally commenced through the invocation of Ahmadnaj U. Habibon, a STEM 1-12 student, and an opening remarks by Mrs. Nurkintam Amirul, the assistant GAS coordinator. Followed by the words of enlightenment of Dr. Norman Abdurahman, the director of the said department, inspires the students to make the most out of the year. As the event progressed, a brief moment of entertainment was then provided by Juna Lin Samad and Alnasrif Sali, both STEM 1-12 Einstein students.
Notably, the SSC Adviser, Mr. Mahmoudar Hassan delivered the informational session for grade 11; wherein he gave a comprehensive overview about the students' uniform, absences, grading system, proper dressing on non-uniform days, and schedules.
Then, for grade 12, Ms. Arniza J. Kiram supervised with the breviary of school rules, policies, and disciplinary guidelines. Students and parents were given the opportunity to voice out their concerns and clarifications afterward through an open forum. Both events came to an end around 10 A.M, afterthen Mrs. Maryjoy Busaña-Ibno, the Assistant STEM Coordinator, delivered her closing remarks speech for Grade 11, and the following day, the closing remarks for grade 12 was given by Prof. Abubakar Radjuni, Research Coordinator.
