MSU-Sulu Employees Attend 1st PRIME-HRM BARMM Summit in Cotabato City

Five employees from Mindanao State University-Sulu are currently in Cotabato City attending the 1st Civil Service Commission for BARMM Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Summit with the theme “Accelerating Public Excellence through PRIME-HRM.” The MSU-Sulu delegates include Hja. Melodina B. Jailani, HRMO-III; Sarah Jane K. Abduhalim, HRMO staff; Mr. Allen I. Talikan, Director for Information, Press, and Publication; Mrs. Fatima Al-Raiza S. Jundam, Special Assistant to the Office of the Chancellor; and Mr. Jenden M. Julkamri, faculty of the College of Computer Studies.
This participation reflects MSU-Sulu’s commitment to strengthening human resource management practices, promoting efficiency, and ensuring quality public service. The event aligns with SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) as it advocates for transparent, accountable, and effective institutions that drive public trust and service excellence.
